What if i've never exercised before?
Not a problem. We've got fundamentals for you. A quick 28-day movement graduation system will dissolve all your fears and equip you with confidence on movement patterns.
Do I get nutritional advices?
Yes. You will get a nutrition plan that’s adjusted monthly. If you are just starting your fitness journey and have some bad dietary habits to conquer, we can get you on a 12-month behavioural awareness program. It will transform your life and
give you lifetime understanding on how to enjoy food without getting hooked on trendy diets that just leave you frustrated.
how fit can I get?
It depends on your starting point, but for most of our client, we start with the fundamentals. The safest and quickest way to get fitter is to get the help of an expert to make sure you're progressing at the right pace. You will be surprised how far you can get in 4-16 weeks.
Do i have to join a gym?
Yes & No. For Personal Training, I would like to see you at GYMBOX Westfield Stratford. For Online Coaching, you can access your training & nutrition programs anywhere you go.
What are the different packages?
Regardless of your goals, budget and lifestyle, if you are truly committed to get results, we will customise a package that will help you.
How long do I have to train to see results?
It depends entirely on your goals and level of commitment, but we are proud to say that our clients generally achieve great results within 4-16 weeks.
How long are the sessions?
Depending on the class, Personal Training and Small Group training are between 30-60 minutes, while Online Training and Nutrition Coaching are between 15-60 minutes.
Shall I choose online coaching or personal Training?
This depends on your personal circumstances and preferences. But we guarantee that you will gain great results from either option.
Do I Need a doctor's note or similar?
All clients must complete a Physical Readiness Questionnaire before commencing any exercise programme, which will be carried out in your free consultation. It will help to identify any health restrictions so we can strategize our fitness plan accordingly.
What if I need to cancel a session?
A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, so we can reallocate your session. Notice of fewer than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee. To cancel please either call or text your dedicated coach.
What types of training do you offer?
We develop a customised training program for each of our clients, tailored toward their needs, allowing them to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame. The types of training covered are Body Recomposition (Which include fat loss and/or muscle building), Functional Fitness, Muay Thai, Brute Strength, Olympic Weightlifting and Rehab. The purpose of a fitness coach is to provide a specific program based on underpinning expert knowledge. Each client has an initial consultation session discussing their obstacles and goals in preparation for beginning training. Identifying the obstacles that our clients face is crucial, as we can understand them and find ways to overcome them.
It's also our job to advise and motivate you to maintain your full commitment to the program. And we will continually adapt and evolve your program to keep you interested and focused on achieving your goals.
Can I bring a friend or relative?
Absolutely, you're more than welcome to do so. We offer one-to-one training, small-group sessions & online coaching. Whether it’s working out as a couple or bringing up to two friends we have the package to suit you.
